Below are the most commonly asked questions, but if there is anything thats not covered, please get in touch!

When will my order be processed?

Standard designs in all sizes are processed within 5 working days of receipt of order. In particularly busy/holiday periods this will increase to 7 working days. 

A2 posters may take a day or two longer.

If you need it quicker, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

 

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

UK

£3.95
Over £50 – FREE!
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
Delivery should be 2-3 working days, once your order has been dispatched.

Europe

£11.00
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked.
Delivery aim is 3-5 working days, once your order has left the studio.

Rest of the World

£13.00
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked.
Delivery aim is 5-7 working days, once your order has left the studio.

 

What size are the prints?

The prints are available in sizes:

If you need a print in a different size then please drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

 

How are your prints created?

All prints use fade resistant archival quality ultra chrome inks and are printed on a museum quality grade matte art paper. 

Each print is quality checked and cut to size.

Please be aware that the print colours may appear slightly different when printed to what you seen on your screen.

 

How are your prints posted?

Your prints will be wrapped in a sheet of acid free tissue paper and then, depending on size and quantity,  either rolled in a sturdy tube or sent flat in a board-backed envelope.

 

Do you post overseas?

Of Course!

Overseas shipments of prints outside the UK may incur customs fees dependent on the country. We can’t predict or take responsibility for any customs fees that may be applied. 

 

What type of postage do you use?

All prints are sent via ‘signed for’ delivery unless the service isn’t available in your country. UK shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, and overseas shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For or International Tracked.

My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please email hello@postersink.co.uk, with photos of your damaged print/s and packaging, and we'll take it from there.

 

I would like to return my order, what should I do?

Please send me an email in the first instance. If you then go ahead and return your item, we will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in re-saleable condition and were purchased within 30 days.  Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs.
